Kessler, who has been included in the Best Lawyers in America® for over 20 years, is Chairman of Kessler Collins and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice. He has tried cases involving insurance, securities, intellectual property and corporate matters and has argued before the Texas Supreme Court and multiple Federal Circuit courts. Gary has national and international experience and has represented the People's Republic of China in claims arising under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, as well major financial institutions, insurers (both domestic and foreign), and international corporations.
Pullman, who has been included in the Best Lawyers in America® for 14 years, has a proven track record litigating business matters for over 50 years. His cases involve commercial litigation, real estate, banking, securities, trademark disputes, contract, landlord/tenant, estate and trust coverage, bankruptcy, professional malpractice and partnership disputes. He is trained in mediation, and also handles appeals in Federal and State courts throughout the country from the local level to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is renowned for his ability to handle complex cases that require knowledge and expertise.
Hinckley has been included on The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® since 2022. She is a member of the firm’s litigation group who represents clients in a variety of sophisticated commercial, business, securities, consumer, labor and employment, real estate, oil and gas, construction, and insurance disputes. Huschka is a member of the firm’s litigation group, where he represents clients in complex disputes, trials, and arbitrations. In this role, he has successfully represented companies, officers, directors, accountants, broker-dealers, and other professionals in venues scattered throughout Texas.
