Practicing in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, and arts & entertainment. Nicholas (Nick) Roide specifically analyzes and provides guidance to his clients on trademark usage and clearance, strategy and portfolio management, and negotiating and structuring complex business agreements. Nick gears his practice towards a holistic care for the entire person, offering individualized attention to the needs of his clients to satisfy their legal, business, and strategic objectives.

Prior to law school, Nick was employed as an Alumni Service Corps member for Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, AZ, where he taught several sections of English to high school sophomores and facilitated retreats, immersion trips, and various co-curricular activities. During law school, Nick focused on intellectual property as a T.A. in the Trademark & Copyright Clinic and honed his writing, leadership, and analysis skills as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review. Prior to joining Kessler Collins, P.C., Nick garnered practical proficiency through judicial internships with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Denton County 362nd District Court. Through these myriad experiences, Nick ultimately aims to foster enduring relationships with his clients to accomplish their unique needs and goals.
