Alexis is a commercial attorney who represents clients in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Alexis has experience advising clients through resolution of business-related disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, commercial landlord-tenant issues, and complex commercial issues. Alexis also regularly analyzes and advises her clients on compliance and regulatory matters in the healthcare and general business industries. In working with her clients, Alexis aims to create long-lasting relationships that will aid in providing personalized advice and solutions for her clients’ needs and goals.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in three years, Alexis attended SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was on the International Law Review and honed her advocacy skills in intramural and interscholastic competitions. As part of the Dedman School of Law Criminal Justice Clinic, Alexis served as the first-chair attorney in a jury trial on behalf of her client. During law school, she satisfied her intellectual curiosity by studying human rights across Germany, as well as international environmental law and the English legal system at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
